Hometown Heroes Awards celebrate the selfless acts of courage and humanitarian service by individuals who exemplify the Red Cross mission to prevent and alleviate human suffering.

The American Red Cross annually recognizes extraordinary people in our
community who have shown courage, dedication and character through extraordinary acts of heroism. Previous heroic acts include saving a child from drowning, CPR at baseball game, first aid at the scene of an auto incident.
