The Cape Cod and Islands Chapter of the American Red Cross has been serving our community since 1917. The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by  mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors. The Disaster 5k honors our volunteers, our community heroes who are ready to respond to local disasters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All services offered by our volunteers to our clients is FREE OF CHARGE. Our donors are vitally important to us as your donations help support these volunteer efforts.
